We are the REALTOR® Party.
It is critical for REALTORS® to speak with one voice about the stability that the real estate market brings to our communities. From city hall to the state house to the U.S. Capitol, elected officials make decisions that have an impact on the bottom line of REALTORS® and their customers.
The REALTOR® Action Center is where you learn how Voting, Acting and Investing in RPAC builds our political strength at every level of government.
The San Benito County Association of REALTORS® advocates for the interests of its members and their clients. SBCAOR encourages its members to become knowledgeable about issues impacting their businesses and the real estate market, and to support initiatives that promote and ensure a healthy and sustainable real estate market.
It is the objective of the San Benito County Association of Realtors® to:
Keep SBCAOR members informed about pending real estate-related legislation and regulatory changes that impact their business.
Educate SBCAOR members about how to become involved in the political process when it comes to critical legislative initiatives that affect SBCAOR members and their clients.
Support the California Association of Realtors® and the National Association of REALTORS® in their efforts to pass legislation that is: REALTOR®-friendly, protects private property rights, supports home ownership, and promotes an economic environment in which businesses and the real estate industry can thrive (and to oppose legislation that does not accomplish these aims).
